We put our house on the market in Falls Church and within one week Mary had two good offers. The contract was signed, sealed, and delivered within one month. Mary made the whole process run smoothly, from start to finish. She staged the house so nicely we almost didn’t want to move. Seriously, she could easily have a second career as an interior decorator. If you want to stay in your house but don’t like the way it flows see Mary! We were moving to Texas and Mary only had one week to show the house fully furnished. She hired an amazing photographer to show the home at its best and worked with us when we moved to help us fix any lingering items, including helping us donate things to Good Will. She went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She is a genuinely nice person who also happens to be very business savvy and no nonsense when it’s necessary. I can’t say enough good things about her.
